You will join an agile sales team in the fast electric paced cables, telecoms, and specials business. The successful candidate will be a driven sales professional who can articulate and influence with multiple stakeholders.
Your objective will be to land and expand within the growing Alt-nets sector and become the partner of choice for their Telecom infrastructure/system needs. The ability to nurture long standing relationships coupled with your expert industry sector knowledge are the key success factors.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver sustainable and achievable growth strategies and plans.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of business products and its value proposition.
- Negotiate with stakeholders, up to and including C-Suite.
- Identify and map customer needs.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
What You Will Need:
- Demonstrable experience of sales, ideally within a business services environment.
- A track record of selling Telecoms systems/Infrastructure solutions.
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced negotiation abilities, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with the implementation of business development strategies that deliver results.
- Experience of setting, working to and exceeding targets.
