Sales Manager

€80,000 to €90,000 (10% yearly bonus) & Car

You will join an agile sales team in the fast paced electric cables, telecoms, and specials business. The successful candidate will have a laser focus and be a driven sales professional who can articulate with multiple stakeholders.

This position is in the DACH region where due to our growth you will explore existing and new routes to market.

 

What You Will Do

  • Deliver sustainable and achievable growth strategies and plans
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of business products and its value proposition
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, up to and including C-Suite
  • Identify and map customer needs
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams

What You Will Need

  • Demonstrable experience of sales to our within telecoms infrastructure
  • A track record of selling bespoke technical solutions
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced negotiation abilities, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience with the implementation of business development strategies that deliver results
  • Experience of setting, working to and exceeding targets
