The unique 6S Performance Coaching model is a structured process that helps an individual achieve quantiﬁable improvements in performance to agreed objectives.
Before the programme starts, coaching objectives are set with the person who will be coached and the budget holder of the programme. It is vital that the individuals and the organisation’s goals are identiﬁed, understood, agreed, and integrated from the outset.
A schedule of 1:1 coaching session is agreed with one of our highly skilled consultants. Each session is followed by a written report detailing progress as a quantiﬁable means of measuring the results of the coaching.
Ongoing quality assurance is undertaken to ensure clients are deriving the optimum beneﬁts of coaching. Clients are contacted independently of their coach after the ﬁrst session, directly after the coaching concludes and three months after to ensure that the coaching is delivering the results they want, and goals are attained.
