What happens if my candidate leaves before 12 months?

We offer a 12-month guarantee, so should the candidate leave within 12 months we will replace them at no additional cost.

What is your retention rate?

We have a 96% retention rate in year one and a 94% retention rate in year two.

What if a candidate applies direct and we like them?

Put them through MHIQ and we will guarantee the placement for 12 months on the proviso that they are a fit technically and behaviourally.

Who will I deal with?
