Technical Support Engineer
Mercury Hampton is working exclusively with this client who are a leading manufacturer of turnkey systems and mechanical engineered products for applications throughout the HVAC & Building services sectors (part of a £1 Billion T/O group of companies). They are a customer focused company who encourage forward thinking, empowerment and engineering innovation.
This role is responsible for the day to day provision of engineering support and production/authoring of technical data/product manuals. You will work closely with the sales, design, applications and engineering teams. As well as customers [via phone, email and face to face] to provide technical support, technical documentation and solutions to a diverse client base.
