A world leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical products for applications throughout process, semi-conductor, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, water, HVAC and power generation sectors globally. My client has been established for over 50 years and has a turnover in excess of £350 Million globally.
As Sales Director, the successful candidate will have full control and accountability for sales and revenue targets globally. This will be achieved through development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director you will responsible for directly managing 16 senior managers who take responsibility for numerous business units, coupled with overall accountability for over 60 sales & engineering professionals throughout the globe.
The prime focus is to create a long term position in the core sectors; Oil and Gas, Chemical Processing, HVAC, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Construction and Power.
In this position you will be expected to travel internationally to oversee and direct sales, you will need to be proficient in developing budgets / P & L and management of a sales business.
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Leader with a proven track record of managing remote offices (ideally internationally), experience of operating within a matrix structure / organisation and most importantly able to develop and grow existing and new market penetration through developing a robust sales strategy.
