We are currently recruiting talented recruitment professionals into our team who share our passion for ‘world class’ client delivery! Our clients work with us on either a retained or exclusive basis with very little contingency work [we call it the bun fight!]. We apply search and selection methodology to every recruitment assignment we undertake and our customer retention rate is literally 100%!
We currently focus predominately on permanent recruitment and slowly growing our interim network on a multi-sector basis [currently managing a large interim project with an automotive manufacturer]. We are currently representing some major clients throughout defence, automotive, oil & gas, utilities, business services, FMCG and Supply Chain. Our existing client base provides exceptional cross selling opportunities, but we are ultimately looking for a business development focused recruiter who can build long term key accounts (with freedom and autonomy). You will also be supported by other members of the company who will provide both new business resource and resourcing support [our Directors take a frontline active role].
We are looking to speak with candidates with previous recruitment experience (or associated) with a proven track record of developing key accounts / growing a recruitment desk / division / business from an embryonic stage to a profitable position. In return we offer the opportunity to become a senior member of our company success in way of profit share at specific revenue milestones.
