DAY RATE – £315.00 – £375.00 / OUTSIDE IR35
THE ROLE OF THE PROJECT MANAGER:
We are looking to hire an experienced Project Engineer / CAPEX Project Manager to support with a manufacturing expansion project in the Manchester area. On the back of a significant growth period approval has been granted for the expansion project to commence.
THE PERSON NEEDED FOR THE PROJECT:
In order to be considered for the assignment, you will need to have skills and experience in the following areas:
- CAPEX Project Management Experience within a Manufacturing / Production Environment
- Management of sub-contractors covering line install & commissioning work
- Minimum project budget responsibility of £1 million pound spend
- A formal Engineering Qualification – HNC / HND / Degree
- Raw Materials & Equipment sourcing experience
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Evidence / Case Studies of previously completed project assignments
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Project compliance exposure – health and safety/environmental 14001 requirements.
- Machinery Installation experience – Conveyor Systems, Automation equipment, Robotic Machinery or Heavy Plant/Machinery/Equipment.
- PRINCE 2 Qualification / Certification
INTERVIEWS SCHEDULE:
- Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft teams followed by a facility tour and meeting with the senior management team.
