By way of introduction, we’re a professional Search & Selection Consultancy that recruits mid to senior level commercial and technical people, primarily for world-leading infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology companies.

We’re quite new, founded in 2017 by two highly experienced recruitment professionals (40 years between them), who work on the front line every day and are determined to deliver for clients and for the people who join the business.

Key point: they’re not taking every penny out of the organisation to fund an extravagant lifestyle – far from it.

They invest in you, your skills, and your future. We have also heavily invested in people, technology, marketing, and multiple resourcing tools. This year has also seen a significant upturn in our international business through proactive key account development. This is where you come in. As an experienced international recruiter, this is an opportunity to set out your stall, develop, implement, and grow a specialist global search division. We have advanced plans for offices in the USA, DACH, ME and ASIAPAC. Once established, you will have the chance to head up one of these locations.

AND WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

  • International recruitment experience, either in Executive Search & Selection, in-house or possibly in a sales contingency recruitment firm, provided you want to do things differently.
  • A thorough understanding of how organisations are structured and how they operate, so you can talk sensibly to senior level clients and candidates.
  • Plenty of self-motivation. We are we’re looking for people who want a true challenge.
  • Decent all-round recruitment skills, including research, candidate engagement and selection, planning and relationship management.
