PRINCIPLE CX CLOUD CONSULTANT (CONTRACT OR PERM)

Location: Remote / London

Contract Rate: £550 – £750 per day (Outside IR35)

Perm Package:  £85,000 – £105,000 + Pension + Bonus + Private Medical

Working Pattern: Days, Monday – Friday

Working Location: Remote or London Head office

THE ROLE

As part of their continuing growth, my client is looking for a Senior or Principal Oracle Service Cloud Consultant to join their CX Cloud practice. You will be working within an established team of Cloud consultants, specialising in Oracle Service Cloud, as well as having exposure to platforms such as Oracle Sales Cloud. The role is customer-facing, and you’ll be responsible for defining how modern software applications can support them better by customising the application before rolling it out to the customer’s users. You will also be playing a role in leading and guiding Junior Consultants.

The ideal candidate is truly passionate about delivering project success, and who wants to be at the forefront of delivering innovative, intelligent solutions. The successful candidate will ideally have strong experience of the successful delivery of Oracle Service Cloud in functional/technical roles, however, candidates with good experience in similar technologies will also be considered for cross-training into Oracle Service Cloud.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide experienced, high quality technical consulting services to end-clients
• Take architectural decisions and produce designs
• Take third party software decision
• Technically lead/guide technical delivery teams
• Managing technical teams
• Configure Oracle applications to support any requirements needed
• Enforce quality within the delivery team
• Define development, configuration management and deployment processes at clients
• Be responsible for the overall management of risks and issues, and defining and mitigating key project risks
• Provide accurate estimates for work being carried out by the delivery team
• Manage hours so that delivery timelines for the client are achieved
• Communicate technical solutions to both client and staff
• Interface with key client staff on a day-to-day basis
• Manage clients and their expectations of the delivery team
• Help to drive technical innovation within the company
• Provide regular technical communications to personnel within the organisation about technologies in which we specialise
