THE ROLE

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior CX/CRM Consultant to join a cutting-edge Oracle CX Cloud Practice. You will be working within an established team of CX Cloud consultants (specialising in Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud) and gaining exposure and experience to other elements of Oracle CX Cloud offerings. You’ll also be providing innovative solutions to our clients’ business needs by delivering, assisting, and managing all stages of a customer project. This will include demonstrations, design, development, and implementation of all the Oracle applications in which my client specialises.

You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s critical business processes, defining how modern software applications can better support their business, and customising the application before rolling it out to the customer’s users. You will also be playing a role in leading and guiding Junior Consultants.

 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

The role is customer-facing, working on the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud projects, so ideally the successful candidate will have strong experience of the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud in functional/technical roles. However, my client will consider candidates with good experience in other similar CRM or CX technologies as full training will be provided.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform a senior technical role, guiding consultants and client personnel on best practice techniques
  • Lead and manage teams on customer projects
  • Coach junior consultants in the company’s delivery approach and standards
  • Conduct end-user interviews with customers for the purposes of identifying gaps and challenges with their user experience and user journeys.
  • Leading and facilitating user experience focused workshops with customers
  • Lead workshops and client meetings
  • Prototyping and designing wireframes to support user interface and user experience design activities
  • Creating functional, low-level, and high-level designs as appropriate
  • Provide implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle application-based solutions,
  • Learning, and keeping up to date with, Oracle application configuration skills
  • Supporting, testing, and deployment of application solutions
  • Supporting design and execution of data migration activities.
  • Communicating technical solutions to both client and staff
  • Delivering demonstrations, as part of pre-sales or during implementations
  • Interfacing with key client staff on a day-to-day basis
  • Potentially acting as the most senior consultant on a client site
  • Providing accurate estimates for work being carried out
  • Identify and raise, risks and issues
