Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
The Company: A leading Facades/Cladding Contractor
Mercury Hampton is working with a client who can deliver design, manufacture, and installation services for the complete building envelope, including aftercare and maintenance.
They can offer career progression and longevity of work with top tier main contractors around the country.
This role will give someone with the right skill set the opportunity to manage and build the business in the Oxford area and further establish the business and its brand.
Your role will consist of: –
·You will oversee managing a project team (design, procurement, manufacture, and installation)
·You will be responsible for delivering a project both on time and within budget
·You will be working with both clients and representatives to deliver the project
·Management of the sub-contractor work packages
·Managing and controlling the planning and legal duties to execute the project works
·It will be your responsibility to manage building regulation compliance
·Manage health and safety
You will need: –
·Main contractor background essential (could be tier 2)
·Appropriate qualifications, experience, and knowledge
·In date SMSTS/CSCS is essential
·Experience in Façade including curtain walling, cladding and windows and doors is essential
·Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects (£6M plus)
·Ability to be highly presentable and possess the ability to gain trust and respect
·Good knowledge of design desirable
·Technical experience and knowledge
·Excellent commercial and financial awareness
·Ability to remain calm under pressure
