Are you fed up with smashing your sales targets, then not receiving commission due to supply issues? If so, would you like to join an international engineering company whose products are already extremely popular in Italy, that are ready to promote into the UK market and have an established manufacturing and distribution department to support you?
You will be a motivated OEM Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in OEM sales within the water treatment industry, and a deep understanding of the UK market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth within the water treatment industry.
- Offering technical solution support to OEM customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts within the water treatment industry.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving new customer acquisition within the water treatment industry.
- Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships with customers within the water treatment industry.
- Providing regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and business development within the water treatment industry.
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in OEM sales within the water treatment industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the water treatment industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders within the water treatment industry.
- A deep understanding of the UK market within the water treatment industry and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions within the water treatment industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.
