The successful candidate will be home based, preferably within 2 hours of the South East. However, we will consider candidates around all major cities South of the M62. For example, Manchester, Leeds, Leicester, Birmingham, Oxford, Coventry, Bristol, Reading, Northampton and London.

The role requires a highly proactive BDM who has the ability to identify and connect with key decision makers in large scale building owners, facility managers and their contractor partners in the commercial building space. You will be required to deliver the Energy Upgrade proposition within clearly identified strategic sectors, working closely with the internal teams to deliver significant carbon and energy savings for the client.
Candidates should possess a relevant engineering qualification and be confident selling solution-based projects to the commercial building sector either direct, via major FM firms or contractor partners. An understanding of plant room, HVAC, chillers or boiler provision is an advantage. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, show an excellent track record of performance and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
