BASIC SALARY; £20,000 to £25,000
LOCATION: North West
We are looking for an experienced customer service executive.
The ideal candidate for the role would be someone who pays attention to detail, is flexible, confident and able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative. They would also have excellent communications skills, not just to explain lead times to customers but to liaise with warehouse and production. Customer relationships are important in this role as they will be building and maintaining strong relationships. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be a great advantage.
