This company provides support into a variety of sector’s (Nuclear, Food, MOD, Power to name a few) and specialises in the repair, supply and integration of automation equipment to businesses throughout the UK.
The Drives Engineer position has been created to further strengthen the team and help deliver on their ambitious growth plans in the next 12-24 months. This is a permanent opportunity that offers market-leading personal development.
As the Drives Engineer, you’ll report to the Motion and Drives Manager and you’ll support the business on project-based work as well attend customer sites to service, install and commission drives and associated control equipment that is needed for the clients.
You’ll need to be prepared to work on a variety of customer sites around the UK, primarily within the North West.
In order to be successful as the Drives Engineer, you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
The successful Drives Engineer will be expected to work throughout the UK, and from time to time, abroad depending upon customer requirements and business needs. You’ll also need to be flexible as you occasionally may be required to stay overnight to fulfil customer requirements or attend training.
