Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

Company: 1st Tier Automotive Manufacturer supplying components into the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.
This business is a leader in the design, engineering, manufacturing of components for the automotive sector. This role requires an HR professional who has previous experience and capabilities, ideally within the automotive sector (IATF 16949 environment), to manage the full HR function – a true generalist. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, self-motivated individual who does not need to rely on systems to provide the answers but will be looking to lead the people function using communication, foresight and innovation.
This is a highly visible role that offers an ambitious and dynamic individual the opportunity to showcase their ability. As the Head of Human Resources you will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of HR in a busy, highly pressurised manufacturing environment – ideally automotive. You’ll also have experience managing multiple sites. The key focus will be employment law – CIPD Level 5 as a minimum. You will combine your well-developed communication and people management abilities with an analytical and process-driven approach to set performance metrics and underpin efficiency and continuous improvement programmes.
