You will report to and work closely with their world renowned CEO, you will be empowered to deliver both solid transactional HR and HR Strategy. This company is in the process of acquiring several other companies, you must have outstanding M&A experience and a proven track record of integration.
Taking full responsibility for the HR department our client will need you to revise and implement the organisations employment policies, procedures and practices to promote growth. You will ideally have experience of implementing a new HR system with a view to developing standard HR processes across the company.
This acquisitive and ambitious company will need you to plan and deliver HR M&A programmes; including integration and HR due diligence. You will modernise and implement all HR practices to help shape the culture of this changing and growing company and to maximise the return on investment in people and to create a positive culture and work environment.
