SALARY: Circa £26,000

HOURS: 9 am -5 pm Monday to Friday
A world-leading production business, supplying food products to major food manufacturers, this organisation is in a phase of growth. With a heritage spanning over 100-years, the group has a turnover of multi-millions. The site in Kent is a centre of excellence for quality, technical specification, centralised planning, and sourcing from all group manufacturing locations and operates as a distribution and service centre to the UK and Irish markets.
Overall responsibility for the ownership and development of all materials and inventory scheduling within a busy environment, and the control of operational parameters and stock status communications to ensure customers are provided with world-class service. The Planner is an essential part of the operations team that will ensure the flow of materials necessary for all customer manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and other functional colleagues to help deliver the company’s growth plans. IT literate, you will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages – in particular, having advanced Excel skills.
