Our client is a leading global manufacturing company used across the world. Due to increased growth and investment, an outstanding career opportunity has become available to join the senior leadership team as the next Operations Manager.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational duties of a 24/7 manufacturing facility that supplies components into a number of critical service industries.
In total, there are around 300 employees across the plant within a variety of positions. As the Operations Manager, you will have 8 direct reports which cover Shift Managers, Continuous Improvement, and Maintenance.
As the Operations Manager, you will need to be an energetic person who can manage large teams on shifts & be an advocate for change.
It is also expected that the next Operations Manager can create a strategy for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment that supports the Sites overall business strategy.
