As Regional Sales Manager, you will have full autonomy and control relating to all sales and commercial activities within your sales region. This is a home-based role that will require regular face to face meetings with clients, and once a month you will be asked to attend a sales meeting in at Head Office to discuss and share pipeline and on-going projects with peers and the leadership team.
This position reports directly into the Sales Director; he is looking to attract talented individuals into the business as they are currently building their management team ready for this next phase of growth.
This position initially will be focused on business development and winning new clients as this region has been ear marked for rapid expansion during this next growth phase. You will be tasked with selling a variety of capital equipment such as lighting, surgical tables, controls, panels and power supplies into the healthcare and medical industries. This will be achieved by selling to contractors, consultants, end-users, facilities management companies and procurement channels related to the NHS and other healthcare users. Average orders can range from £10,000 to £100,000 with large projects anything over £2M +.
This region should be the number one performing area within the UK over the next two years which will create further opportunity for career development and progression.
