As the company are growing, they are looking for a Sales Applications Engineer who will form a key part of the sales team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for dealing with incoming sales enquiries, playing a critical role in by quickly understanding customer applications and providing first-class advice and service. You will be pivotal within the company’s sales process, quoting and coordinating projects and nurturing enquiries to help increase conversion rates.
You will construct commercial documentation for inclusion in quotations, produce estimated Bills of Material, provide accurate lead time estimates and produce quotations as appropriate. More importantly, you will be liaising with suppliers and customers. You must have outstanding communication skills and the desire to meet customer expectations.
