This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior CX/CRM Consultant to join a cutting-edge Oracle CX Cloud Practice. You will be working within an established team of CX Cloud consultants (specialising in Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud) and gaining exposure and experience to other elements of Oracle CX Cloud offerings. You’ll also be providing innovative solutions to our clients’ business needs by delivering, assisting, and managing all stages of a customer project. This will include demonstrations, design, development, and implementation of all the Oracle applications in which my client specialises.
You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s critical business processes, defining how modern software applications can better support their business, and customising the application before rolling it out to the customer’s users. You will also be playing a role in leading and guiding Junior Consultants.
The role is customer-facing, working on the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud projects, so ideally the successful candidate will have strong experience of the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud in functional/technical roles. However, my client will consider candidates with good experience in other similar CRM or CX technologies as full training will be provided.
