Junior field sales position with a global HVAC leader selling servicing and maintenance contracts.

THE PACKAGE

  • €30,000 – €40,000 basic salary
  • 20-25% year 1 bonus

  • LOCATION: Home-based, Leinster, Ireland

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This is a home-based field sales position covering the east of Ireland with a focus on Dublin and the surrounding areas. As such, you will be based somewhere in Leinster.

The responsibility of the Service Sales Executive is to drive sales of servicing and service contracts amongst a wide array of end users i.e commercial offices, leisure, retail, healthcare, education and many more. You will also be dealing with some mechanical contractors and facilities management companies where appropriate. Whilst 30% of your focus will be on upselling to clients with a system provided by this group, 70% of the role is focused on bringing on board new customers – with any HVAC system from a wide range of manufacturers.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We are looking to speak with candidates who have 2-4 years of sales experience and can demonstrate success at developing new business in a B2B setting. It is essential you have some experience or relevancy to the built environment, construction and/or mechanical engineering and naturally, any understanding of HVAC systems is highly desirable.

  • Evidence successful development of new business
  • Understand the construction process
  • Have sold a product OR service within that relates to the built environment
  • A disciplined and structured approach to work.
  • A full driving license.
