As a Project Manager, you will be an experienced and dynamic leader with a proven record in project management within the building product manufacturing sector. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within the building product manufacturing sector from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate progress to stakeholders, and provide timely updates on project milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot project issues, and implement corrective actions, as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to building product manufacturing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role within the building product manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving them towards project objectives and deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive and purposeful approach, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
