Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas of growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • years of progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and measure sales performance.
