We test in two distinct areas: behavioural and technical. Making sure that the candidate fits both technical basis and culturally.
We offer a 12-month guarantee, so should the candidate leave within 12 months we will replace them at no additional cost.
We have a 96% retention rate in year one and a 94% retention rate in year two.
Put them through MHIQ and we will guarantee the placement for 12 months on the proviso that they are a fit technically and behaviourally.
Upon starting the search, you will be assigned an experienced member of the Mercury Hampton team to solely work your role.
