Salary Survey

Are You Paying Your People Enough?

Ensuring your top performing employees are remunerated correctly is a key component of any successful company.

THE GREATEST COMPANY ASSET IS YOUR EMPLOYEES

A well-organised and executed salary survey can identify the industry standard of employee salaries, which in return, you can make those strategic moves needed to retain and encourage talent performance.

WHEN WOULD I USE A SALARY SURVEY?
  1. Assessing Current Employees Salaries
Evaluate if the salary of long-term employees aligns with their roles and contributions.
  2. Benchmarking Job Offers
Check if the compensation packages for prospective hires are competitive and appealing.
  3. Ensuring Competitive Pay
Confirm that your business offers salaries that are sufficient to retain staff and defend against external competition.

Our services Updated 4

We collaborate with clients to define search criteria for salary surveys, focusing on geographic location, industry, and level of responsibility. To ensure accurate data collection, we ask clients to provide a predetermined formula for tailored information.

We will require the current salary scale details of the person(s) being assessed. This is to ensure an accurate benchmarking comparison.

The report will be delivered to you and will include details on basic salary, bonus schemes, allowances, benefits, and notice periods.

We collect information from currently employed professionals or those in relevant positions within the past 12 months, based on the parameters set in stages 1-3. Typically, we use three to five candidates as benchmarks, depending on the role’s specificity and survey criteria.
