A leading international provider of industrial safety solutions is seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across a developing territory.
This is a high-impact, remote-based role focused on new business development and market expansion within secondary containment systems and industrial coating production lines. You will play a key role in building a new customer base across sectors including electrical utilities (T&D), petrochemical and terminals, rail, general industry, and EPC contractors.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of a largely untapped region, developing and executing strategic sales plans to generate revenue and establish long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth and exceed sales targets across the EMEA region
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within target industries
- Build and execute a structured regional sales and territory plan
- Engage in consultative, technical sales with a strong focus on solution selling
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Develop pricing strategies and maintain strong commercial margins
- Represent the business at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM activity
About You:
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales within industrial or contractor-led markets
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for developing new business
- Experience managing both new and existing accounts
- Commercially astute with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and willing to travel extensively (60%+)
- Experience within private equity-backed environments is advantageous
