Mercury Hampton was founded to create a workplace that not only strongly focuses on culture, teamwork, and happiness, but also providing a service that saves our clients time and money while improving their workforce – in other words, the complete antithesis of what recruitment is perceived to be.
So, how does that look in practice? Instead of throwing CVs at our clients, we actively headhunt candidates for them and only put the very best forward for interview stage. We utilise cutting edge profiling technology before the vacancy is offered to aid their selection process, which has helped us to achieve a 96% retention figure.
