An industry-leading provider of liquid handling solutions is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to grow business with industrial, municipal, construction and energy customers across a defined US territory.​

The opportunity

  • Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 plus a strong commission structure.​
  • 6‑month guaranteed bonus of $2,000 per month, with realistic first-year OTE of $110,000–$130,000.​
  • Once established in the role, second‑year OTE is expected to be in the range of $150,000–$170,000.​
  • Develop and manage a profitable sales territory, driving rentals and sales of pumping, filtration, pipeline and containment solutions.​
  • Work closely with customers to design engineered systems that solve real-world liquid handling challenges safely and efficiently.​

What you will do

  • Identify, pursue and close new business with industrial, municipal and commercial accounts.​
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular site visits, job walks and solution-based selling.​
  • Prepare proposals, quotes and system layouts in coordination with engineering and operations.​
  • Monitor projects from concept to completion to ensure safety, service quality and customer satisfaction.​

What you bring

  • Proven experience in outside or technical sales, ideally in construction, industrial services, equipment rental, environmental or related sectors.​
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn pumps, filtration, pipeline and fluid-handling systems.​
  • Self-motivated, organized and comfortable managing a territory, pipeline and travel schedule.​
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.​

Package and benefits

  • Base salary $70,000–$75,000 with first‑year OTE $110,000–$130,000 and second‑year OTE $150,000–$170,000 once fully ramped.​
  • 6‑month earnings guarantee via $2,000 per month guaranteed bonus to support your transition into the role and territory.​
  • Sales Representative must have a pickup truck within the first 6 months; mileage paid at $0.42 per mile plus an adjustable monthly vehicle allowance of approximately $750.​
