What You Will Do:
- Develop, lead and implement a transformational strategy to take the business to the next level, recognising that your people are the most important part of the business.
- Lead and motivate sales and operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management.
