We are pleased to announce we have partnered with a Compressed Air Solutions company, who are looking for a Southern Area Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maximising and growing the sales of our client’s Power System branded products, including industrial air compressors and ancillary equipment, across the southern UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand their customer base and increase market share within the southern region of the UK.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to drive sales growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential customers in line with agreed business plans and budgets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the compressed air industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Your Experience:
- Proven sales experience in the compressed air industry, preferably within the UK market.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully growing sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the southern region of the UK.
- Valid driver’s license.
