We are pleased to announce we have a Retained role with a HVAC solutions provider, who are looking for a Sales Manager (Director designate) to define strategy and the growth of the business.

About the Company:

Our client specialises in servicing and maintaining air conditioning units, fan coil, pressure systems and ventilation. With a focus on solution sales and customer satisfaction, they are dedicated to providing top-notch services to their customers and always delivering on their word.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, acquiring new business, and achieving revenue targets. Your technical background and understanding of refrigeration systems will be crucial in this role. You will be selling to site engineers, contract managers and technical directors, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Your Experience:

  • You Must Have: Technical background in Refrigeration Systems.
  • Key background points: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Chillers, Refrigeration. 
  • You Could Have: Experience as a Technical Manager/Service Engineer but possess a strong commercial understanding/background.
  • Strong solution sales skills would be beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Team player with a personable approach.
