Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Partner with department heads to understand their needs and develop HR initiatives that support their teams.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the company.
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, local employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence decision-making processes.
- Experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry (STEM markets)is highly desirable.
