· £70,000 to £90,000 Basic + £100K+ OTE + Profit Share + Equity Opportunity + Full Package

Offering state of the art machining services, for specialist materials, to critical industries, this business is about to embark on a period of significant growth. They are actively involved in several markets including aerospace, automotive, rail, defence, etc. Now looking to strengthen their leadership team to underpin this period of growth, the requirement is for a customer focused strategic Sales Director to join the business. They have invested heavily in new machinery. As a sales professional you will take the company to full capacity, winning new customers and growing the business. This role is all about succession planning, the group wants you to be incentivised and is happy to offer equity against agreed targets. You will be working closely with the existing Managing Director with a view to moving up when he retires.
What You Will Do:
· Take full responsibility for growing sales, new accounts and repeat business
· Developing the commercial growth strategy for the company
· Working with prestigious customers in the aerospace, automotive, off highway, rail and agricultural markets.
· Leverage the company’s full aerospace accreditation, new state of the art machinery and robotic systems
· You will be supported by a talented engineering team, designing and delivering quality components on time.
What You Will Have:
· Excellent proven track record in contract engineering manufacturing service sales - CNC and Axis Milling Services
· Experience in Mechanical Components and Engineering
· Contacts within aerospace, automotive, rail and other industries
· Ambition – you will want to take ownership and progress to Managing Director
· Integrity – you will be able to give an honest assessment on the company pipeline
· Diligent – you will ensure all trials are completed to the highest quality standards to ensure you convert potential new clients into customers.
· Strong Leadership Qualities – with the capability and desire to step up and into General Management
· Can do positive attitude
