Mercury Hampton, an award-winning recruitment and business consultancy, is seeking Resource Consultant/Recruitment Resourcers to join our expanding office in Newton-Le-Willows.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and attract potential candidates for specialized roles using various channels including job boards, social media, industry-specific websites, and referrals

·       Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and availability

·       Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate information

·       Schedule and coordinate pre-employment processes including interviews and assessments

·       Work with consultants to help identify and map out target clients suitable for our candidates

·       Promote candidates to target client companies via email for Consultants to follow up

·       Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs

The Ideal Candidate:

·       Excellent relationship-building skills

·       Outstanding telephone manner

·       Experience in recruitment or relevant industry sectors

·       Proactive and responsive to business needs

·       Enthusiastic and effective communicator

·       Ability to take the lead on specific job-related assignments
