Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Global Account Team. This delivery-focused role will manage our portfolio of Gold/strategic customer accounts, ensuring exceptional recruitment services and promoting our high-performance coaching solutions across international operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key Gold accounts
  • Drive sales growth through cross-selling and upselling our comprehensive services, including Talent Intelligence, Acquisition, Development, Performance Coaching, and Team Programmes
  • Promote our 1-2-1 Executive Coaching and High Performing Team Programme as part of our partnership with Henley Business School
  • Coordinate with marketing, new business, and consultant teams to support client delivery
  • Manage the recruitment process and fulfil specific assignments as the main client interface

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven recruitment experience in Executive Search & Selection, in-house, or sales-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of organisational structures and operations
  • Self-motivated with excellent all-round recruitment skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior-level clients and candidates
