As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales to the extensive OEM customer and prospect base.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Strengthen relationships and grow sales with existing key customers.
- Doggedly chase down leads to sell products for OEM fluid path and equipment projects.
- Negotiate pricing and business agreements with customers and prospects.
- Track multi-year customer project pipelines from initial design through production phases, generating high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Stay on top of trends in the Biopharmaceutical sector to get in front of the competition.
- Consultative Sales Execution: Implement a consultative sales process aligned with the businesses core values.
What You Will Have:
- Demonstrated success in selling premium products through a consultative approach, preferably in the Life Sciences Sector, particularly Medical Device and Diagnostics industries.
- Ability to leverage engineering or technical knowledge during the sales process.
- Dedicated to understanding and addressing customer needs and expectations including negotiating pricing and business terms effectively.
- Capable of managing long-term project pipelines from design to production.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
