As the Industrial Channel Sales Manager, you will be leading and managing the indirect sales teams of 25+ channel partners. This role is ultimately responsible for growing sales through channel partners across the USA. Regional Territory Managers report to the Sales Manager.

What You Will Do:

·       Develop sales strategies that spearhead growth and cement channel partnerships.

·       Drive initiatives to penetrate new regions and sectors.

·       Ensure sales target are met and accurate forecasts provided.

·       Develop sales team through skill development and training.

·       Track/report on KPIs such as sales performance, pipeline development and partner engagement.

·       Be restless for continued professional and technical development.


What You Will Have:

·       Ideally a knowledge of fluid handling technology (pumps and associated equipment).

·       Progressive experience in sales, with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth.

·       Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·       Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels with channel partners and internal colleagues.

·       Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

·       Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
