As Direct Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales via Sales Engineers and OEM Sales Managers, effectively implementing the sales process to deliver sustained growth and profitability.

What You Will Do:
· Establish targets, developing sales strategies and maximising revenue across a variety of industrial sectors, including Paper, steel, food and Beveridge, personal care and water/wastewater etc.
· Drive initiatives to penetrate new regions and sectors to increase the company’s penetration of relevant markets.
· Effectively manage pipeline activity, ensuring sales targets can be met, developing the sales team through skill and training.
· Track/report on KPIs such as sales performance and pipeline development.
· Continue to develop your industry, technical and sales expertise to be at your peak effectiveness.
What You Will Have:
· Ideally a knowledge of fluid handling technology (pumps and associated equipment).
· Progressive experience in sales (5+ years), with a focus on leadership and driving revenue growth.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
